Brief Biographical Sketch:

Let's see.. My name is Anna McGeachy, and I am a rising third-year in the college. I am in the department of Biology, completing a specialization in Genetics. My current lab work focuses on the study of key genes del22q11 in a mouse model. However, a girl can't be all work, all the time. A big stress relief for me through the years has been cooking. I was named Top Chef for the 2008 Scavenger Hunt--but how does a science major make it work in the kitchen? Easy. You know the science behind your food!
