Splash Biography

Brief Biographical Sketch:

I'm a sophomore (Class of 2014) at the University of Chicago investigating the core questions of how systems of law affect and adapt to our society. My strong interest in practical economics and business makes me a regular reader of the Wall Street Journal and Economist.

Bringing groups--of any size--to success in a common goal is what gets me going. Back in Houston (my hometown), I earned the rank of Eagle Scout and taught leadership skills at National Youth Leadership Training camps. I also ran my own photography business, played varsity baseball for my high school, and traveled nationwide with my club baseball team.

Although much has changed since leaving Houston, my passion for leadership lives on in my roles as the Legal Committee Chair for Model UN at the University of Chicago (MUNUC), Treasurer for the Sigma Chi Fraternity, and Managing Partner for a small investment company.
